AI Video Hackathon
May 9, 2026
Latent means already there—compressed, waiting, not yet visible. In AI systems, this is literal: images form first in latent space, a hidden substrate where they exist as probabilities before becoming pictures.
Latency also carries other weights: something long-suppressed, awaiting the right conditions to emerge.
This hackathon explores the in-between, offering hands-on making with generative AI video tools, tuned to the assumptions, structures, and aesthetic tendencies that shape images before they appear.
Come to create, experiment, and question...and win prizes!
